CIVIL RIGHTS LITIGATION- EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION

Provides representation for individual claims of employment discrimination against private employers, local, state, and federal agencies, under Title VII of the Civil Right Act of 1964, as amended, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, as amended, the Equal Pay Act, and the Americans With Disabilities Act.  Initial consultation fee required for review and evaluation of an employment discrimination case.  Fees for litigation of discrimination cases in the United States District Court are customized for each client based upon: the particular statute and issues; the number of potential witnesses; the anticipated needs for discovery and trial preparation; and, client's resources.  No cases accepted on a strictly contingency basis.
